The Boulder and Left <br />Hand Irrigation Company operates Boulder and Left Hand Ditch and Company reservoirs to supply water <br />to 50 shareholders for irrigation within the 2,000-acre service area. The outlet and spillway on Twin Lakes <br />Reservoir are in poor condition and the Company needs to reconstruct them in spring 2000. The average <br />ann!,lal volume diverted is 2,584 acre"feet. The Boulder and Left Hand Irrigation Company is a mutual <br />ditch company and a nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado. Mike Ballantine P.E. of <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants has completed the feasibility study. Proposed funding for the project consists <br />of a CWCB Small Project loan for $100,000, and $40,500 from the Company.
