export of water out.lela or 'the emity's service area. This

sub15ection (3) llhall not apply to any work or faclli~y or portion

thereof that does not re~eive financial as.illtance pursuant to

Section 37-60-305.

Colorado Wat~ CQnservation Board Construction Fund, established
pursuant to Sec~ion 37-60-121, to be Icnown a. the "Water Projsct
ASllietanoe Funcl". )loneys in the accoun~ shall be appropriated by
the GanQral Assembly tQ the water Conllervation Board. for
expenditure tor meetinq the oonstruction or mitigation cost. of
water projects identified. pursuant to Sectien 37-60-203 and. shall
