November 17, 1976

The Colorado Water Conservation Board met, pursuant to notice, at
10:00 a.m., Benjamin F.' Stap1eton,- Chairman, presiding.

MR. STAPLETON: We will call this regularly scheduled meeting of the
Colorado Water Conservation Board to order.

As you know, this meeting has beeD' scheduled for November 17 .and 18. ,
With the Board's permission, I'm going to try to end it in one day, even
if it means we may have to work to six o'clock or perhavseven later..
I think that will accommodate more people, and they won t have to. stay
overnight. That means that within the limits of what you, would llke to
say, and we're not going to cut you off, please be as prompt as you can
be in expressing yourselves. That will be appreciated..

We plan then to probably work from 10:00 to 12:30, and
hour break for lunch. And it's a pretty informal day.

MRS. MARTEL: Yes.

MR. STAPLETON: We don't need to sign up or have tickets. Just come as
you like between 12:30 and 1:30. And we'll meet from 1:30 until 6:00
o'clock and see where we are on the agenda.

Th~n we'll go to the first item on the agenda, which is the approval of
the minutes of the Board meetings of January 14 and March 17,~ 1976, '
copies of which have been previously distributed to the Board members.

Let's take the January 14 meeting minutes firs t. Are there any addi-
tions or corrections to those minutes as submitted?

MR. FETCHER: I have read the minutes and I would move the'_apPF9vabbf

MR. STAPLETON: Any second to that?

MR. KROEGER: I'll second.

MR. STAPLETON: Any discussion?
