This <br />notice was posted in the offices of the Colorado Water Conservation Board on March 9, 1998. <br /> <br />All programs, services and activities of the Department of Natural Resources and the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board are operated in compliance with the Federal Americans with <br />Disabilities Act.
