Reservoir storage targets (e.g. to fill Blue Mesa Reservoir, minimize <br />. ice jam flooding above Blue Mesa Reservoir), <br />. Hydropower generation, <br />. Recreation in the Gunnison Gorge and at Curecanti NRA, <br />. Endangered species needs. <br /> <br />Priority would be determined based on the following <br />factors: <br /> <br />. Expected runoff volume. <br />. Pre-runoff season reservoir content. <br />. Season of the year. <br />. Capabilities of the physical structures, <br /> <br />. <br />
