. e (2) After the Board declares its intent to appropriate, notice shall be published in a mailing to the ISF Subscription Mailing List for the relevant water division and shall stateincludc: (a) Description ofStaffISF recommendations (e.g. stream reach, amounts, etc.); (b) Availability for review (time and place) of Summary Reports and Investigations Files for each recommendation; and (c) Summary identification of any data, exhibits, testimony or other information in addition to the Summary Reports and Investigations Files upon which Staff may rely to support its recommendations. (3) Published notice shall also contain the following information: (a) The Board mav change 1Flow amounts of contested ISF Recommendations mfty eh&Hge based on information received during the public notice and comment period. tit (b) Staff will maintain, pursuant to Rule 4.1 an ISF Subscription Mailing List for each water division composed of the names of all persons who have notified the Board Office that they are interested in ISF activities in that water division, Any person desiring to be on the ISF Subscription Mailing List must contact the Board Office. (c) Any meetings held between St~ffand members of the public will be open to the public and may be postep on the Board's website 2 weeks prior to the meeting and noticed to persons on the ISF Subscription Mailing List. All requests for Party stl\tus and Contested Hearing Participant status must be received by the Board no later than April 30th. (e) Staff will announce its final ISF recommendation concerning contested appropriations at the September Board meeting and will send notice ofthe final recommendation to all persons on the Contested Hearing Mailing List. e 6
