Can you do this in ten min- <br />utes?" <br /> <br />"I can do it in two minutes. <br /> <br />The report, as indicated in it, does not <br />attempt to delineate the work that has been <br />done on the C~ntral Arizona Project legisla- <br />tion because the Board has been Jcept currently <br />advised by the Director. <br /> <br />As a member of the executive committee <br />of the Western States Water Council, though, <br />I do want to call attention to the ~act that <br />that Council is now funded for its first year <br />of operation and has employed an executive <br />director, Colonel Hiatt, who recently retired <br />as a Corps of Engineer officer. He has been <br />~lOrking with Bechtel company in San <br />Francisco and he goes to work today. The <br />
