Chairman. l-lembers of <br />the Board, ladies and gentlemen, in the <br />interest of more efficient operations, the <br />Colorado District offices of the Geological <br />Survey, the water resources division, were <br />moved to the new shopping center, the Villa <br />Italia. The offices are located over the <br />Joslin's Department Store and although the <br />store isn't there yet the name is on the <br />building. Right now it is a bit of a mixed <br />up mess to try to find our offices there but <br />we are at the eastern side of the Villa Italia <br />and it is just over the building that is <br />marked Joslin's Department Store. <br /> <br />At the sarne time that this move was <br />accomplished, the other offices of the survey <br />that were in the Ammons Street building were <br />moved back to Building 25 of the Federal <br />Center. Our new mailing address is the Fed- <br />eral Center and our telephone numbers do not <br />change with the move. If any of you have any <br />difficulty finding us, give us a ring and we'll <br />give you some guidelines. <br /> <br />Runoff has continued to be much above <br />normal for most of the state since last June. <br />Although we don't have the detail reports for <br />the 1st of Fe~ruary yet, for the runoff during <br />January, apparently it will be generally above <br />normal for January also. <br /> <br />For the 1965 water year streamflow for <br />the mountain area was around 130 per cent of <br />
