This is an application for a plan for augmentation and appropriative right of exchange to five wells
that will be used for domestic purposes at a subdivision located near Evergreen. (please see the
attached map). The Applicant intends to exchange up to .1 cfs from the confluence of Bear Creek
and Turkey Creek at Bear Creek Lake up Bear Creek to the confluence of Bear Creek and Cub
Creek and up Cub Creek. In addition, the Applicant intends to divert under its water rights from
wells the will deplete Cub Creek, and to augment the out-of-priority depletions with either dry up
credits associated with the Hodgson Ditch (which historically diverted from Bear Creek) or with
releases from a downstream reservoir owned by the Mountain Mutual Reservoir Company.
