'c' because haw do we kn'Ow what the regulations

many fl'Ood control projects in Calorad'O and
all have been built under the c'Ongressional act
which was passed in 1936. We have many, many
prajects c'Onstructed in C'Ol'Orado under this

said this is what they will d'O and it's been a
problem since 1936. We've gat a d'Ozen or mare
