M. <br /> <br />MR. STAPLETON: <br /> <br />"Gentlemen, we will ,call this regularly <br />scheduled m8:.ting of the Colorado Water Con- <br />servation Board to order. I have a letter <br />from Mr. W. M. williamn asking that Mr. J. K. <br />Smith be hie proxy at this meeting and in <br />accordance \.,ith our usual custom, unless I <br />hear an objection, ~tr. Smith will act as proxy <br />for Mr. Williams at.this meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Ray Moses, our attorney, will be here. <br />He is in town. As you know, this meeting was <br />originally scheduled for Wednesday and then <br />was moved up to Tuesday and he has~n oral <br />argument before the Supreme Court this morning <br />which unquestion?bly takes precedence over the <br />Colorado Water Board. I can even understand <br />that myself. So he'll be over here within an <br />hour. <br /> <br />The first item on the agenda are the <br />minutes of the meeting of January II, 1961, <br />which have 'been mailed to you. Are there any <br />additions or corrections to the minutes as <br />drafted? If not, I will entertain a motion <br />that they be approved." <br /> <br /> MR. !oK: CANDLESS: <br />I MR.
