<br />, <br />;, <br /> <br />determines that for good cause shown allowing the Parties to question witnesses may <br />materially aid the Board or where such questioning by the Parties relates to the statutory _ <br />findings required by Section 37-92-102(3)(c), C.R,S. Questioning parties must wait to .. <br />ask questions at the end of the presenting party's presentation. The Board may terminate <br />questioning where the Board determines that such questioning is irrelevant or redundant <br />or for other good cause. <br /> <br />The Board may stop any presentation if the party has exceeded th'e allotted time, Absent. <br />good cause shown, the Board will not permit written material to be introduced at the <br />hearing unless it was previously submitted according to the ISF Rules and this order. <br />Parties should approach their presentations in the most efficient manner with the <br />understanding that the Board will have reviewed all written material received by the <br />deadlines established by the Rules and this order. <br /> <br />Rule 5.53(D) requires the parties to make known at the prehearing conference any <br />evidentiary objections that they may raise at the hearing, The parties mutually agreed to <br />waive their rights to make those objections at the prehearing conference and must present <br />those objections to the parties and the Board by August 15th for material submitted as of <br />June 30, 2000, and by September 12th for the rebuttal evidence. <br /> <br />XI.
