<br />6, <br /> <br />Instream Flow Program - Informational Items (3:30, 3:50) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />a, Resolved Cases <br />Staff will advise the Board of settlements which have been reached to protect the <br />Board's in stream flow rights on the streams listed below. <br /> <br />(I) Case No, 5-92CW278; Schlumberger (Castle Creek) <br /> <br />b, De Minimis Cases <br />Staff will advise the Board of cases in which the staff applied the "De Minimis Rule" and <br />did not file statements of opposition to protect instream flow rights. <br /> <br />(1) Case No, 5-94CW121; Balcomb et al. (Ranch Creek) <br />(2) Case No, 7-94CW028; Sittner (Florida River) <br /> <br />7, Instream Flow Program - Preliminary Notice (3:50 - 4:20) <br /> <br />a, Water Division 3; Saguache and Alamosa Counties <br />The staff will present preliminary instream flow recommendations for 5 stream segments <br />on Sand Creek and Big Spring Creek. Staff will ask the Board to advance the <br />recommendalions to Final Notice status, <br /> <br />b, <br /> <br />Water Division 5; Mesa County <br />The staff will present a preliminary instream flow recommendations for the 15 mile <br />reach of the Colorado River. Staff will ask the Board to advance the preliminary <br />recommendalion to Final Notice status. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />8, Instream Flow Program, Final Notice (4:20 - 5:00) <br /> <br />a, Water Division 1; Park, Clear Creek, Denver and Jefferson Counties <br />The staff will present a Final Notice for 17 stream segments on Bear Creek, Truesdell <br />Creek, Lost Creek, Indian Creek, Corral Creek, Vance Creek, Yankee Creek, Cub <br />Creek, Blue Creek, Troublesome Creek and Turkey Creek. The Board will consider <br />public, comment on the final recommendations and staff will ask the Board to <br />appropriate the recommended in stream flow water rights, <br /> <br />9, Instream Flow program - Stipulations (5:00 ' 5:30) <br /> <br />a, Case No, 4-92CW107; TNC Donation Case <br />The Board will be asked to ralify a stipulation with Tri,State Generation and <br />Transmission resolving their objection in the Board's change case. <br /> <br />b, <br /> <br />Case No, 5-93CW155; James and Sandra Donlon <br />The Board will be asked to ralify the settlement tenns in this case which involves an <br />augmentalion plan and exchange from Green Mountain Reservoir. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2 <br />
