<br />Notice is hereby given that a public rulemaking hearing before the Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will be held in the Silverthorne Room at the
<br />Raintree Plaza Conference Center, 1900 Ken Pratt Blvd" Longmont, Colorado, for
<br />consideration of amendments and additions to the Rules Concerning the Colorado
<br />Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, The hearing will commence
<br />tentatively at 11:10 a,m, on Monday, March 24, 2003,

<br />This hearing will be preceded by a tour of the proposed Longmont Recreational In,
<br />Channel Diversion (RICD) as well as a tour of the Lyons Kayak Course, Tourparticipants
<br />should meet by 7:00 a,m, in the Silverthorne Room of the Raintree Plaza Conference Center,
<br />1900 Pratt Blvd" Longmont, Colorado, If you would like to participate and make a reservation
<br />for this tour, please contact Catherine Gonzales at 303,866,2599 by Thursday, March 20, 2003,
