<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 10 <br />Case No. 5-01 CW353; Grand Elk Partners, LLC <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights, in particular an alternate point of diversion. The <br />Applicant is proposing to divert existing water rights at an upstream point of diversion on the Fraser <br />River near the Town of Granby (see attached map). <br /> <br />CWCB Ap.vro.priations <br /> <br />The Board holds instream flow water rights on the Fraser River for various amounts with an <br />appropriation date of 11/27/1990. <br /> <br />Potential for lnhuy <br /> <br />This application may cause injury to the Board's Fraser River instream flow water rights.
