I think ..(inaudible) talk about the criteria for <br />procedures...if it were ever determined by .... .acceptable to us.... (Inaudible). <br /> <br />OK., so a global kind of thing in there. <br /> <br />That justifies the criteria procedures (inaudible) ......by the Board. <br /> <br />OK...now, so this..if we approve the motion, then we will be making all <br />the findings that are specifically associated with this water right, including <br />fmdings related to the biology, and the reasonableness of the water right <br />to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable degree, and so <br />forth...Jim, I know you raised a question of where we stand with respect <br />to the Division of Wildlife recommendation. <br /> <br />I guess that now we've kind of landed on a spot.. <br /> <br />Not quite such a moving target.. <br /> <br />Which I think that if we're all comfortable that this is the spot that we've <br />landed on, in order to support the factual findings that we need to make <br />regarding the preservation of the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree, the benefit of the fish, whatever the language is, I wouldn't want <br />to modify iLl think we ought to hear from the Division of Wildlife as to <br />their biological opinion, that would support that factual fmding, and I <br />would ask that we ask the Division to make...give us their opinion <br />regarding those findings and adequacy of those findings from a biological <br />standpoint. <br /> <br />Minutes of December 13, 1995 Special eweB Meeting <br />
