<br />RE: Skyrocket Creek Project Loan - Request for loan de-authorization

<br />Dear Mr. Van Sciver,

<br />The City of Ouray has a $55,000 loan authorization from the Colorado Water Conservation
<br />Board to complete the Skyrocket Creek Deflection Structure Project. We are unable to assume.
<br />this obligation at the present time and request that It be de~authorlzed.
<br />
<br />If and when,however, grant funds for a project of this type become available, please inform us
<br />so that we can consider applying. We appreciate the loan offer from your agency and hope to
<br />tinue the good working relationship between our respective entities.
