<br />at the Salida Elks Club, 148 E, 2'" Street in Salida, Colorado, 81201, commencing at 10:00 a,m, on
<br />Monday, September 27, 1999, and continuing on Tuesday, September 28, 1998,

<br />Rules of the CWCB will be held at 1 :00 p,m, on Tuesday, September 28, 1999, at the same location,
