Following <br />discussions at the September Board meeting there have been no additional meetings or <br />correspondents concerning this matter. Therefore, staff has relied on the September <br />memorandum and discussions at the September meeting as the basis for making the <br />proposed revisions to the March, 2001 Colorado River Delta Resolution. The proposed <br />policy resolution will provide important guidance as we continue to address Colorado <br />River Delta issues and the question of whether or not to try and operate the Yuma <br />Desalter. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Board adopt the proposed revisions to March 2001 Colorado <br />River Delta Resolution for the reasons discussed in the September 14, 2001 <br />memorandum and the discussions at the September Board meeting. <br /> <br />DRS <br />Attachments: <br />Proposed Colorado River Delta Policy Revisions <br />September 14,2001 Board Memo <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
