The motion was seconded by Bob Burr and approved unanimously (9-0). A motion was made by Patricia Wells to authorize the Attorney General's Office to file a motion in the Federal Reserved Water Rights Case in Division 2 to extend the Forest Service's quantification deadline through August 31~, asking the Court to set a status conference within the next 30 to 60 days, and set a court supervised settlement conference, in which the Forest Service should be ordered to have an official with verified settlement authority attend that conference. The motion was seconded by Harold Miskel and approved unanimously (9-0).
