A motion was made by <br />Patricia Wells that the Board recommend the applicants prepare a more <br />detailed application for consideration in FY 2000-2001, for an amount up to <br />$200,000, and within the limits of the Bill in this fiscal year period, The <br />motion was seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A request for correction/clarification was made to the Board in June of 1999, requesting <br />that this item be revised to read as follows: <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Allen Davey recused himself from this item. A motion was made by <br />Patricia Wells that the Board recommend the applicants prepare a more <br />detailed application for consideration in FY 1999 - 2000, whether the <br />funding for this project would be from the FY 2000 - 2001 fiscal year's <br />Severance Tax program for an amount up to $200,000, or would be within <br />the funding limits of the 1999-2000 Construction Bill if funded by the <br />Construction Fund in this fiscal year period (99-00). The motion was <br />seconded by Eric Kuhn and approved unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />Note: Since this January 1999 Board meeting, this item was approved for authorization in the 1999-2000 Construction Fund Bill <br />S8-99-173, with the funds authorized to be available from the beginning of the fiscal year, July I, 1999. <br /> <br />L:\boardmemlMar99\02 minutes jan 99 corrected <br /> <br />IA complete record of the meeting has been made on audio cassette tapes. Tape <br />numbers and approximate locations are identified for the beginning and end of each agenda item. <br />These tapes are available for listening at the CWCB during regular office hours.
