During this process, a number of planning workshops <br />and interviews were conducted with the Board, staff and the public which resulted in <br />identification of several issues related to lnstream Flow Program policies and procedures. At <br />the March 2005 meeting, the Board created a separate ISF Subcommittee to specifically <br />address the identified issues. The Subcommittee members include: <br /> <br />Tom Sharp, Yampa-White Director <br />Harold Miskel, Arkansas Director <br />John Redifer, Colorado Director <br />Keith Catlin, Gunnison Director <br />Barbara Biggs, Denver Director <br />Don Schwindt, San Juan, Dolores, San Miguel Director <br />Eric Wilkinson, South Platte Director <br /> <br />The Subcommittee members have reviewed the list of identified issues and, in some <br />cases, added additional issues for consideration. The members have ranked the issues by <br />relative importance, and the attached Prioritized Issues List is a summary of those ran kings <br />for informational purposes. <br /> <br />At this time, staff is working with Subcommittee members to identify the schedule and <br />process for considering each issue.
