The Jackson Lake Reservoir and Irrigation Company operates the diversion to fill Jackson Lake, <br />and to supply water to 90 shareholders for irrigation within the 17 ,OOO-acre service area. The diversion is <br />in poor condition and the Company plans to rehabilitate it in 2000. The average annual volume diverted is <br />34,090 acre-feet. The Jackson Lake Reservoir and Irrigation Company is a mutual ditch company and a <br />nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Colorado. Jack Odor P.E. of G.A.S.P. has completed the <br />feasibility study. Proposed funding for the project consists of a CWCB loan for $336,600, and $37,400 <br />from the Company.
