The Board will be provided with an overview ofthe draft outline for the 2005-2006 scope of work
for the Statewide Water Supply Initiative (SWSI). The draft scope is included in Attachment 1. A
Power Point Presentation providing and overview of the scope will be presented and is included as
Attachment 2.

Staff Recommendation

The Board will be asked for feedback on the draft scope of work. Staff would like to finalize the
scope of work prior to the July Board meeting. Staff will request that the Board authorize staff to
finalize the scope of work in consultation with the Board's SWSI Technical Advisory Committee.
