The Study will commence upon <br />the Governor's signature of the bill and will be completed by November 15,2003. This is the first <br />study progress report to the CWCB. We will continue these reports at each Board meeting <br />throughout the year until study completion in November. <br /> <br />A study kick-off meeting was held April 16, 2003 at the CWCB offices to discuss study <br />scope, schedule, public input, and overall study objectives. Those in attendance were the CWCB <br />Technical Committee - Greg Hoskin, Carolyn McIntosh, Don Schwindt and Eric Wilkenson; CWCB <br />Staff - Rod Kuharich, Mike Serlet and Rick Brown; and the Boyle Engineering team - Blaine <br />Dwyer, Tom Roode, Jeff Bandy and Steve Dougherty. <br /> <br />The following is a brief outline of that meeting's conclusions: <br /> <br />I.
