Case No. 1-92CW112; City of Loveland

Application Summary

This is an ~pplication for inclusion of water rights in a previously adjudicated case
in Larimer County (see attached map). In Case No. 82CW202A, the applicant received a
decree which allowed a change in use and point of diversion for a number of different water
rights in which the applicant had ownership interests. This decree did not adjudicate
specific amounts of water but provided that acquisition of additional ownership interests by
the applicant could become effective and controlled by the decree. The primary point of
diversion claimed in 82CW202A was the Dille Tunnel. However, in case no. 89CW128, the
applicant proposed an additional point of diversion at the Olympus Dam.

With this application, the applicant is seeking to include additional ownership shares
in the Barnes Ditch under the provisions of 82CW202A
