I believe cities should have the right
to appropriate water for in-stream recreational flows.
I support Golden's application for water rights for its whitewater park. I
believe that recreation is a legitimate use of water.
The demand for water recreation is continually growing along with our growing
population. Recreational flows meet this need. In addition, minimal stream
flows are also good for the environment - for fish and aquatic life.

Thank you.

Michael McCaw
Arvada, CO

.

***-*************** CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE ****-*-***.....*****
This notice has been automatically added to all Datex-Ohmeda Internet messages.

This E-mail communication may eontain information that is confidential and
privileged.
