Of course, Texas is <br />the real one we are concerned about because <br />they are the creditor and we are the debtor. <br />New Mexico is in much of the same situation <br />as Colorado. I thinK it is essential that <br />this report be approved by the Board and <br />that it be furnished to Texas. I do not <br />think anything would be accomplished by <br />trying to withhold it from Texas. Even <br />though it doesn't point out an easy solution <br />it requires further effort on the part of <br />Colorado to find what the trouble is and <br />what we can do about it. <br /> <br />"We hope to have a meeting of the water <br />users in the Valley prior to the Compact <br />meeting, at which time we hope to have <br />Phil or Mr. Whitten to explain to them <br />what the report says. <br /> <br />"At Santa Fe, I think we should say as <br />little as possible.
