Introduction
At the November 6-7, 1995 Board Meeting, approval was given by the Board to grant requests for
easements in CWCB's right-of-way along the Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement Project
(Project) on a case-by-case basis. In addition, at the November 21, 2001 Board Meeting, the Board
adopted the "Easement Guidelines for the Chatfield Downstream Channel Improvement Project" dated
November 2001. The Staff has received a request from City of Littleton and Semper Development,
MUl11eapolis, Minnesota. The Board staff has not received a complete request and application.

Discussion

The City of Littleton and Semper Development request is for a trail and bike bath c0ll11ection of the
South Platte Trail system.

The Semper Development application is ulcomplete at this date and the applicant recognizes that they
cannot have an acceptable easement application to staff by the CWCB November 2003 Meetulg.

Recommendation

The staff recommends that the City of Littleton and Semper Development easement request be
referred to a future CWCB meetulg.
