After further discussion, the motion was later amended to indicate that Item 5d in
the May 2005 minutes should show that it was not an information item, but rather
that a motion was made by Don Schwindt that the Board approve the Guidelines
for the Drought Mitigation Plans. That 5d motion was seconded by Harold
Miskel and approved unanimously (10-0).
