Summary reports for Period 9 (March 1 - March 31), and Period 10 <br />(April 1 - April 30) are attached. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />A total of $5.6 million was received in loan deposits in the first 10 calendar months of state <br />FY 1998-99, down 2% compared to the same period last year ($5.7 million). Of this amount, <br />$2.34 million was return of principal and $3.27 million was interest. In contrast, loan <br />disbursements totaling $10,157,338 million were made in the first 10 calendar months of state FY <br />1998-99, up 36% compared to the same period last year ($6,571,133).
