R99-0697.01 Pam Cybyske <br /> <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />AGRICULTURE, L1VESTCCK <br />& NATURAL Rt::SOURCES <br /> <br />BY REPRESENTATIVE Young; <br />also SENATOR Wattenberg. <br /> <br />HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 99- I () 0 S <br /> <br />!OI CONCERNING ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE DRINKING WATER <br />102 REVOL VlNG FUND ELIGIBILITY LIST. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br /> <br />10 <br />II <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br /> <br />15 <br />16 <br />]7 <br />18 <br />]9 <br />20 <br />21 <br /> <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br /> <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.8, Colorado Revised <br />2 Statutes, the Drinking Water Revolving Fund has been created in the <br />3 Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority <br />4 ("Authority") to provide fmancial assistance for certain drinking water <br />5 supply projects; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-]03 (4.8), Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, in order to qualifY for financial assistance from the <br />Drinking Water Revolving Fund, proposed projects must be included on <br />the Drinking Water Project Eligibility List; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-]07.8 (4) (b), Colorado <br />Revised Statutes; the Division of Administration in the Department of <br />Public Health and Environment, in conjunction with the Board of Health, <br />has proposed additions and modifications to the Drinking Water Project <br />EligibilIty List; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the <br />Drinking Water Revolving Fund to the proposed projects will preserve, <br />protect, conserve, and develop the water resources of the state; promote <br />the beneficial use of the waters of the state and the protectIOn and <br />preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare; create and preserve <br />Jobs and employment opportunities; and improve the economic welfare <br />of the people of the state; and . . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The General Assembly deems the projects to be in <br />the interest and to the advantage of the people of the state; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Sixty-second <br />General Assembly oJ the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring <br />herein: <br /> <br />CapilaJ leners indicate new material to he added 10 existing statute. <br />Dashes through the words indicQ1J deletions from t!Xisting s;atute. <br />
