101 CONCERNING ADDlTlONS AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE WATER POLLUTION
102 CONTROL REVOLVING FUND ELIGIBILITY LIST.

I WHEREAS, Pursuant to the federal "Clean Water Act" and the
2 provisions of section 37-95-107.6, Colorado Revised Statutes, the Water
3 ollution Control Revolving Fund has been created in the Colorado
4 Water Resources and Power Development Authority ("Authority") to
5 provide fmancial assistance for wastewater treatment system projects as
6 set forth in section 37-95-107.6, Colorado Revised Statutes, and in
. 7 accordance with the terms and conditions of the federal "Clean Water
8 Act'" and
,
9 WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.6 (4) (c), Colorado
10 Revised Statutes, in order to qualify as wastewater treatment sWtem
11 pr~ects eligible for assistance from the Authority thrOlfgh the ater
12 o ution Control Revolvint: Fund or otherwise, proposed projects must
13 be included upon a Project Iigibility List; and
14 WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.6 (4) (b), Colorado
15 Revised Statutes, annual additions or modifications to the Project
16 Eli~ibility List are required to be dcroved by Joint Resolution of the
17 Co orado General Assembly, signe y the Governor; and
18 WHEREAS, The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission
19 has developed additions or modifications to the Project Eligibility List
20 consisting of proposed wastewater treatment system projects that have
21 been identified by the Authority, in conjunction with the Colorado
.." 22 DeEartment of Public Health and Environment, acti, through the
23 Co orado Water Quality Control Division and the Colora 0 Department
24 of Local Affairs, actmg through the Colorado Division of Local :...,
25 Government, as apwopriate for inclusion as additions or modifications to
26 the Project Eligibi ity List; and
27 WHEREAS, Th~rovision of financial assistance from the
