<br />I <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Agenda Item 16b <br />Case No. 2-97CW110; Steele <br /> <br />Apolication Summarv <br /> <br />This is an application for surface water rights in Chaffee County (see attached map). <br />Applicant seeks to appropriate 3.266 gallons per minute of water from Antelope Spring, <br />without diversion, to maintain and preserve wildlife habitat and the existing natural <br />ecosystem. The date of appropriation is January 10, 1997. The application states "We are <br />not diverting the water. We are making this application in order to ensure that the spring <br />is not diverted from its current course."
