confluence with the South Fork of Ranch Creek and extending to the confluence with Hurd Creek,
being a distance of approximately 5.7 miles.

This application was opposed by the Beazer Materials and Services, Inc., City and County of Denver,
City of Englewood, Hurd Creek Ranch Company and Diamond Bar T Ranch Ltd.

Instream Flow Appropriation Adjustment as per Rule 5.60

As per Rule 5.60 of the !SF Rules and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board further segment the
Ranch Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW306 because of valid water
availability concerns raised by the objectors. Staff is requesting the following segmentation:
