Date <br />11/27/90 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />confluence with the Hurd Creek and extending to the confluence with the Fraser River, being a <br />distance of approximately 1.8 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Beazer Materials and Services, Inc., City and County of <br />Denver, City of Englewood, Hurd Creek Ranch Company and Diamond Bar T Ranch Ltd. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Approoriation Adiustment as oer Rille 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regillations, staff is requesting the Board adjust the time <br />periods requested for the Ranch Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW305 <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
