Date <br /> <br />5-90CW303 <br /> <br />St. Louis Creek <br /> <br />6.0 (4/15-9/30) <br />2.5 (10/1-4/14) <br /> <br />November 27, 1990 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />headwaters and extending to the Denver Water Board Diversion, being a distance of approximately <br />4.7 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Middle Park Water Conservancy District and the City and <br />County of Denver. <br /> <br />1nstrearn Flow Appropriation Adiustment as per Ru1e 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Ru1e 5.60 of the ISF Ru1es and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the St. Louis Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW303, <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
