Date <br /> <br />5-9OCW282 <br /> <br />Hamilton Creek <br /> <br />3.0 (4/15-8/14) <br />0.35 (8/15-4/14) <br /> <br />Novernber 27,1990 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />headwaters and extending to the Denver Water Board Diversion, being a distance of approximately <br />2.7 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the City of Englewood and the City and County of Denver. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Awropriation Adjustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the !SF Rules and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board reduce the amount <br />of water sought in the Hamilton Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-9OCW282, <br />because of valid water availability concerns raised by the objectors.
