Date <br />11/6/95 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the <br />confluence with an unnamed tributary and extending to the Castle Creek Ditch, being a distance <br />of approximately 4.6 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the Nottingham Ranch and Albertson Cattle Company. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board shorten the segment <br />of the Castle Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-95CW289 because of valid water <br />availability concerns raised by the objectors.
