Instream Flow Appropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60

As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staff is requesting the Board shorten the segment
of the Castle Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-95CW289 because of valid water
availability concerns raised by the objectors. Staff is requesting to shorten the segment to:
