Date <br />11/27/90 <br /> <br />The location of this stream segment through which the instream flow is claimed is from the Vail <br />Irrigation System Headgate #1 and extending to the confluence with Ranch Creek, being a distance <br />of approximately 5.2 miles. <br /> <br />This application was opposed by the City of Englewood and the City and County of Denver: <br /> <br />Instream Flow ApPropriation Adiustment as per Rule 5.60 <br /> <br />As per Rule 5.60 of the ISF Rules and Regulations, staffis requesting the Board shorten the segment <br />of the Meadow Creek Instream Flow reach requested in Case No. 5-90CW309 because of valid water <br />availability concerns raised by the objectors. Staff is requesting to shorten the segment to: <br /> <br />Stream <br /> <br />Amount Reach <br /> <br />Meadow Creek <br /> <br />1.00 (Year-round) the unnamed tributary to confluence with Ranch Creek <br />(being a distance of approximately 4.4 miles) <br />(see attached map) <br /> <br />This change in the application shall not be deemed a modification that is required to follow the <br />procedures in Section 10 of the Rules and Regulations. <br /> <br />L:IBOARDMEMlmay98\6[doc <br />
