These segments have been noticed pursuant to Rules <br />5.21, 5.22, 5.24 and Rules 5.50 - 5.56 and the public was afforded an opportunity to comment <br />pursuant to those Rules. The proposed stream segments are located in Gunnison and San Miguel <br />Counties and are listed on the attached Instream Flow Tabulation Summary Table. <br /> <br />Pursuant to Rule 5.52, two parties filed a Notice to Contest the Big Blue Creek instream flow <br />recommendation. The parties were: James Squirrell and Trout Unlimited. Five parties filed a Notice <br />to Contest the Specie Creek recommendation. The parties were: Trout Unlimited, Minion <br />Hydrologic), Jon & Joanne Corzine, John & Victoria Irwin, and Wolf Land Company. <br /> <br />CWCB and AGO Staffs worked with representatives for James Squirrell and Trout Unlimited to <br />address their questions regarding the Big Blue Creek recommendation. After discussing the Big <br />Blue Creek recommendation, the both parties have decided to withdrawal their Notices to Contest. <br /> <br />CWCB and AGO Staffs are negotiating with a1l the parties participating in the Specie Creek <br />instreamflow recommendation. Staff has provided the following language to the parties: <br /> <br />Flood Protection. Water Supply Planning and Finance. Stream. and Lake Protection <br />Water Supply Protection. Conservation and Drought Planning <br />
