<br />. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />5.00 ORIGINAL APPROPRIATION PROCEDURE <br /> <br />5.10 Recommendation of Streams and Lakes for Protection. All persons interested in <br />recommending certain stream reaches or natural lakes for inclusion in the ISF Program may make <br />recommendations to the Staff at any time. Staffwill collaborate with State and Federal a!!encies <br />and other interested oersons to olan and coordinate collection of field data necessary for <br />develooment ofISF recommendations. The Staff shall periodically advise the Board of streams <br />and lakes being studied for inclusion in the ISF Program. <br /> <br />5.11 Method of Making Recommendations. All recommendations transmitted to the Board for <br />water to be retained in streams or lakes to preserve the natural environment to a reasonable <br />degree must be made with specificity and in writing. <br /> <br />5.20 Board Approval Process.
