The first water right is for <br />natural springs and seeps in the drainage area on public lands in the <br />SE1I4NE1I4 Section 10, Township 12 South, Range 89 West of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian in the Gunnison National Forest at a point described as <br />533 feet from the East section line and 2214 feet from the North section line, <br />Latitude 39001' 54.3" North and Longitude 1070 18' 53.9" West downstream <br />approximately 100 feet to a point described as 770 feet from the East section <br />line and 2021 feet from the North section line, Latitude 390 01' 56.2" North <br />and Longitude 1070 18' 56.9" West. <br /> <br />The second water right is on public lands in the SEl/4NElf4 Section 10, . <br />Township 12 South, Range 89 West ofthe 6th Principal Meridian in the <br />Gunnison National Forest, in the natural channel at a point described as 770 <br />feet from the East section line and 2021 feet from the North section line, <br />Latitude 390 01' 56.2" North and Longitude 1070 18' 56.9" West down to the <br />headgate of the Downing ditch, in the natural channel at a point described as <br />533 feet from the East section line and 2042 feet from the North section line, <br />Latitude 39001' 56.0" North and Longitude 1070 18' 53.9' West. <br /> <br />5. Use of water: <br /> <br />To preserve the water dependent natural environment of Spring Creek to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. Date of initiation of appropriation: <br /> <br />January _, 2001 for the first water right and January _, 2005 for the second <br />water right. <br /> <br />7. The water for the first water right was applied to the above beneficial use on <br />January _,2001, by action of the Colorado Water Conservation Board under <br />the provision ofc.R.S. 9 9 37-92-102(3),37-92-103(3), (4), (10).
