<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 1m <br />Case No. 4-01CW267; Ed Weitz <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for an underground water right for non-conswnptive commercial recreation <br />and heating purposes. The Applicant seeks a well for 100 g.p.m. and the well may be tributary to <br />the Uncompaghre River near the Town of Ridgway (see attached map). <br /> <br />cweB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds instream flow water rights on the Uncompaghre River for 65 and 20 cfs with an <br />appropriation date of 7/13/1998. <br /> <br />Potential for Il).jurv <br /> <br />This application may cause injury to the Board'~ Uncompaghre River instream flow water rights by <br />diverting at timeS when the CWCB's instream flow water rights on the Uncompaghre River are not <br />being satisfied. The Applicant must demonstrlite that there will be no delays from pwnping this <br />well, or that if tllere are delayed depletions that the Applicant can replace those depletions in time <br />place, and amount when the CWCB's Uncompaghre River instream flow water right is not being <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />.
