To date, the plans and specifications are approximately 90% <br />complete and are awaiting approvals from other entities. <br /> <br />The probable cost of construction ha~ increased dramatically since the inception of the <br />project. City staff will be discussing with City Council the status of this project at the <br />meeting on November 19, 2002. The City, therefore, requests that the Board reaffirm <br />the loan commitment for this project. <br /> <br />Your consideration of this request is greatly appreciated.
