<br />) <br /> <br />\, <br />, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />5, Town of Ridgwav - Raw Water Pipeline m The CWCB approved a Severance Tax Trust <br />Fund Perpetual Base Account loan of $77,000 to the Town in 2000 (within the three year <br />deadline) for the construction of a raw water pipeline to their treatment plant The Town is <br />experiencing financial difficulties relative to their existing debt and do not feel they can meet <br />the CWCB contracting requirements, They have requested the loan authorization be de- <br />authorized, (letter attached) <br /> <br />6, Citv of Sterling - Pawnee Creek Flood Control Proiect - The CWCB approved a <br />Construction Fund project loan of $550,000 to the City in 1998 for the construction of flood <br />control improvements along Pawnee Creek north and west of the City, The City and their <br />consultant (ICON Engineering, Inc,) continue to work on the project design, They anticipate <br />design completion in the near future with construction scheduled to commence in early <br />summer 2003, They have requested an extension of their loan authorization. (letter attached) <br /> <br />7. Riverside Reservoir and Land Companv - Emergencv Spillwav Construction - The CWCB <br />approved a Construction Fund project loan of $450,000 to the Company in 1998 for the <br />construction of an emergency spillway on the Riverside Reservoir Dam, The project is <br />experiencing technical design difficulties, however, the Company is confident those <br />difficulties will eventually be solved to the satisfaction of the State Engineer's Office, They <br />have requested an extension of their loan authorization.
