Public comments will be heard on the settlement proposal, the stipulation and the Final Instream <br />Flow Recommendation. If the settlement is approved, staffwill request that the Board approve their Final <br />Instream Flow Recommendation for the Yampa River and vacate the September 2001 hearing on these <br />appropriations.
