<br />. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item In <br />Case No. 4-0ICW274; Glacier Lily Association <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights and a plan for augmentation, The Applicant is <br />proposing to change the existing irrigation use to storage and domestic uses. The Applicant's <br />proposed subdivision is near the Town of Crested Butte (see attached map), <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board holds instream flow water rights on Washington Gulch, the Slate River and the East <br />River for various amounts with various appropriation dates. <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />This application may cause injury to the Board's Washington Gulch, Slate River, and East River <br />instream flow water rights, At times when the CWCB's instream flow water rights are not being <br />satisfied, the Applicant must augment depletions with dry-up credits or releases from the on-site <br />augmentation ponds, and not with releases from Blue Mesa Reservoir, <br /> <br />Other Obiectors <br /> <br />.
