However, the winter instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 0.85 cfs (I 1/15 - 3/14) based on the water availability analysis. <br />The DOW believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natura1 environment. ': <br />. CWCB staffhas conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available' for <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
