These instream flow segments have <br />been reviewed by CWCB staff to ensure each flow recommendation and data set is complete and <br />standard methods and procedures have been followed. In addition, staff has completed its map work <br />and initial water availability studies. <br /> <br />Staffhas identified approximately 15 stream segments which are ready for Phase 3. These reaches <br />are located in Teller, Lake, Chaffee, Fremont, Pueblo and Custer Counties. Staffhas received public <br />comment regarding some of these streams from the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District (Division 2 USFS Reserve Water Right Claims), J.R. Kenney, Kristin Johnson, John & <br />Cathy Simpson and John Randerson (Greenhorn and Graneros Creeks). <br /> <br />TECHNICAL INVESTIGATIONS <br /> <br />The enclosed packet of technical data forms the basis for the staff's recommendations. <br /> <br />Page 1 of2 <br />
